School Self Evaluation Committee

Objectives 

1. To develop a culture of reflective practice for continuous development and improvement of students’ performance
2. To implement school self-evaluation through the “Planning-Implementation- Evaluation” cycle
3. To engage teaching staff in discussing school development plans through various platforms or meetings

Duties

1. To implement self-evaluation in school
   • To conduct stakeholder survey
   • To conduct APASO-III
   • To conduct school-based survey
   • To analyze survey results
   • To collect KPM data
   • To prepare the school report 
2. To develop a culture of school self-evaluation
   • To provide school data for evaluation at various levels
   • To collect teachers’ opinions in meetings
3. To submit results of stakeholder survey and KPM data to the Education 
   Bureau
