Community Liaison Committee

Aims

1. To familiarise primary school students, teachers, and parents in our district and neighboring areas with the unique features of our school and provide information for applying to our school through organizing and participating in various types of activities, preparing them for secondary school selection.
2. To establish school image and showcase students' achievement through internal and external liaison.

Duties

• School Promotion

1. Prepare the "School Profile” and "School Newsletter" to inform the public about our school.
2. Produce and update posters, banners, and mobile displays to promote the school's highlight activities.
3. Coordinate and produce school promotional videos.
4. Organize school ceremonies to establish the school's image.
5. Update the website to showcase the school's image.
6. Respond to media inquiries or interviews from external organizations.
7. Customize school-themed souvenirs.

• Primary School Liaison

1. Organize the "Thank You Cards to Alma Mater" event.
2. Attend secondary school admission talks at primary schools and share experiences.
3. Collaborate with various primary schools, organizations, and groups to organize different activities or competitions.
4. Host visits from primary schools and respond to their invitations.
5. Write commendation letters for outstanding students.
