The purpose of this speech contest is to encourage secondary school students to pay attention to national development, connect with Hong Kong, learn relevant knowledge through reading, and construct their own expectations and suggestions for the development of the country and Hong Kong through analysis, organization and synthesis, and to explain and share their views in their speeches.
